Ann Maree Edwards

Ann Maree joined the team at Homes4U in 2018 after working the prior 10 years in the not-for-profit sector. During that time she gained a wealth of experience in management, administration, governance, committees and training.

For the last 12 years, however, Ann Maree and her husband have had the management rights of a unit complex in the northern suburbs of Brisbane so she comes to us with her full Real Estate Agent’s Licence. This has brought with it a comprehensive knowledge of body corporate rules and regulations, something which a lot of residential property managers do not have the ability to grasp.

Ann Maree prides herself in meeting owners’ expectations after having been an owner of rental properties herself over the years. This has given her the insight as to what any owner is looking for in a property manager which in turn has established her commitment to give quality service, based on trust, respect and honesty.
